The Band During Covid

The past few months have been challenging.  Partially it has been as a result of the changes in the industry because of COVID, but also, I started having issues with my voice.  (Overuse injury?)  I have an appointment with an otolaryngologist (throat doctor) next week finally!  So I'll get some answers on what's going on.  Until then I've been focusing on more logistical things such as getting this website up - woot!  And learning some electric basssss.  Yum.  So unfortunately, any shows and live streaming will need to be postponed until I have made a full recovery.

Of course, not having full use of my voice has been many flavors of miserable and existential, but I am doing my best to consider this an opportunity to cherish and care for my voice, and to grow in other areas of my life.

Meanwhile, a lot of our band practice has been postponed, and we primarily spend time together via Zoom catchups, and strategy meetings with our mentor, Andrew Joslyn.

I am hoping that your condition will get better as time goes by. Your voice has to be at its best once this pandemic is over because you will receive al to of gig inquiries, that's one thing I am sure of. Since I am busy writing bestessay right now, I want to feature you on my blog soon. Of course, that can only happen if you will allot time for me with a possible interview. I am hoping to see more stories from you because it makes me excited.
